Inspired by a lifelong interest in Architecture, Heather earned her real estate license in 2014 and was shortly thereafter awarded Rookie of the Year (2016) for her outstanding achievements in Bay Area real estate (1 of 1,000+ agents). With her real estate business thriving, Heather went on to explore new ventures in commercial real estate, driving new business development for two Fortune 500 companies.  Entrusted with financial underwriting and acquisition strategy, she effortlessly blended the worlds of venture-backed real estate and technology in the unique San Francisco start-up climate.  She and her team successfully partnered with 20 of the Top 50 Class A multifamily and hotel developers in the nation while expanding the team 4X.  Data-driven and investment-centered, Heather brings with her the best tech from Silicon Valley and a keen vision for potential; a truly unique set of skills ideal for the Bay Area buyer/seller.

Having lived in Seattle, Hawaii, LA, and the Carolinas, Heather has mastered the challenges of cross-state relocation and appreciates the unique differences each real estate market brings.  Now happily settled in the East Bay for 6 years, she knows exactly what it takes to make a house feel like home: collecting the best resources from must-see hikes to childcare providers, anything to help get her clients get settled in with ease. 

Today, she lives in Pleasant Hill with her husband, Ryan (Pat’s son!), 2-year-old son, Liam and dog, Andy. In her freetime, she is sure to be working on a DIY project at home, deciding which Lottie’s Ice Cream flavor she’s going to try next or training for her next marathon.

Fun fact: Heather and her husband once won an 18’ sailboat on The Price Is Right showcase showdown.
