Melanie Bartoletti -

 An Award Winner

We are so pleased to share that our very own Melanie was awarded the small business owner of the year. Before she joined our team, she managed Gianna's Italian Bistro.

She received this award for her expertise, priceless customer service skills, and ingenious idea to start the "Tips for Change" program. Since the program's inception in 2014, she has helped local non-profit raise money over $660,000.

Her business was selected among 3.3 million small businesses in California and she was honored at a reception in Sacramento. Please take a look at this link to see her accept her prestigious award.

Interior Designs

that are Trending

According to Modsy the three most popular design styles are: Mid-Century Minimalist, Cozy Rustic Farmhouse, and Boho Glam. If you want to enhance your home with these styles, try the following interior tips:

* Add statement vases to transform an interior space in an instant. They are the ultimate investment.

* Use rattan and cane elements. They have a unique hand-crafted texture and bring natural beauty and warmth to every type of space.

* Buy furniture that has flat slates or add depth and a subtle pattern to a wall by installing wood panels.

* Stripes are in and it is all about mixing up different colors, sizes, styles, and playing with proportions, like in the wooden art piece featured above.

Your home should reflect your own personal style and tell the story of who you are. Need help figuring out your own unique style? Click this link to take the Modsy design quiz.
