Bill to Raise Capital Gains Exclusion and Free Up Housing Inventory

The More Homes on the Market Act introduced by Congressman Jimmy Panetta and Mike Kelly, proposes to double the exemption to $500,000 for single filers and $1,000,000 for joint filers.
